The EU Commission organizes a meeting to share experiences and successful solutions in managing nature restoration projects

An online meeting will be held on 20 and 21 March to explore and discuss successful solutions that are key to scaling up nature restoration projects. The event will share the experiences of fifteen LIFE-funded projects implementing ecosystem restoration across the European Union.

In addition to presentations from a wide and diverse range of projects, the meeting will encourage discussions focused on practical solutions to overcome the challenges of implementing and scaling up nature restoration projects. It will also explore opportunities to balance local specificity with large-scale restoration, with the aim of formulating concrete recommendations that can guide future restoration practices and policy development across the European Union and support restoration efforts in line with the EU Nature Restoration Regulation.

Anyone interested can register to participate in the meeting until 18 March.
